Bill Hoover, Realtor/Auctioneer
Bill S. Hoover, the president of Red Hawk, has been a real estate and energy products investor and consultant with more than eight years in this field. A former United States Marine with nine years of service and three tours overseas, he brings to the table an unassailable and honorable work ethic that benefits all aspects of his business portfolio.
Bill Hoover is accredited with the National Association of Auctioneers, Certified Estate Specialist, National Association of Realtors, West Virginia Development Authority, West Virginia Auctioneers’ Association, Virginia Auctioneers’ Association. Bill has had numerous invitations to teach or lecture on real estate, auctions, marketing, etc.
He has marketed with enormous success many types of real estate throughout the United States and Canada with a knack for finding a buyer for large tracts of land. His ability to bring together investor groups with no background in energy, fund managers, corporate investors, sole proprietors of energy companies, land developers and land owners, and make them feel comfortable with their transactions has been incredibly productive and financially lucrative for all concerned.

Derek Houchins
Derek attended Central Methodist College on a football scholarship. He then served in the United States Marine Corps where he was an honor graduate out of boot camp. He became a Scout Sniper and his tour of duty took him to Cuba, Japan, Korea and all over the western United States.
Derek has deep family roots to Monroe County, WV. His ancestors date back to the early 1700's when they settled in the Greenville area. Derek relocated to Monroe County in 2003 from Orlando, Florida to join his family’s successful real estate company, Great Mountain Properties, which he took over as principal broker in 2010. He specializes in land, farms and recreational properties and was award Greenbrier Valley Realtor of the Year in 2009.
Derek is the current president of the Greenbrier Valley Board Realtors and also served as director for the previous five years. He is a licensed broker in West Virginia and Virginia and has earned his Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative ABR designations. Derek is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors®, and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Derek looks forward to helping buyers and sellers reach all their real estate goals.
He enjoys attending church, weight lifting, golf, hunting and all outdoor activities. Derek is the proud chair of Kids Kare, sponsored by The Greenbrier County Board of Realtors which donates shoes, jackets and school supplies to the local county schools.

David Dickey, Chief Operating Officer
Most recently, Dickey was Sr. Vice President Professional Services for ePartners. ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year, specialized in delivering, integrating and customizing solutions tailored specifically for each client’s business needs. The group has a concentration in Microsoft .Net programming, Portal development services, systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core ERP and CRM product offerings.
Prior to joining ePartners, Dickey was Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Pervasive Software where he led the services group in both North America and Europe. The group focused on solving complex database problems and had a specific practice in replication and disaster recovery solutions.
Dickey has spent a number of years in the enterprise software space where he developed mission critical software for a wide range of businesses working with clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Office Depot, & Burlington Northern.
Dickey received his BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, continuing education from Kellogg School of Management, and is a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Institute.

Kevin Oldham, Vice President, Marketing Services
Kevin Oldham brings over 14 years of marketing and advertising expertise to the United Country team. Prior to joining United Country, Oldham launched a marketing firm that catered exclusively to real estate developers, offering strategic solutions designed to generate traffic for their projects. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Oldham offered marketing services for Kansas City’s largest residential real estate broker and for an international movie theatre circuit. Oldham earned his MBA from Baker University in 2007.
